The Capital Clubhouse, operated by Black Bear Sports Group, Inc. is Southern Maryland's ultimate recreational and sports complex located in Waldorf, MD. The 90,000 square foot facility is a year round multi-sports center for all ages with an NHL-size ice rink, a 200' x 85' multi-sport court, and a rock climbing wall. These sports venues are complemented by eight locker rooms, four party/meeting rooms, concessions, and Exurb Fitness on the second floor! The mix of venues provides for a host of programs, drop ins, leagues, themed events, expos, trade shows, shows and concerts, and much more!

Ice Skate With The Grinch
Come meet and have a ton of family holiday fun with the Grinch! This event begins with The Grinch available to meet and have a photo op while you are enjoying the Whoville Hot Cocoa & Cookie Bar! The Grinch will then proceed to the ice rink to skate with all participants and then proceed back to the lobby to mingle with everyone wrapping up their fun time! Ice skating will be open and available to participants for the duration of the entire event, 2pm-5pm. SCHEDULE: 2-3pm: Photo Op with The Grinch & Whoville Hot Cocoa & Cookie Bar. 3:15-4:15pm: Ice Skate with The Mean One. 4:30-5pm: Mingle with The Grinch! Admission Includes: Whoville Hot Cocoa Bar (1 per guest); Holiday cookie selections; Family Photo Op; Themed gift bag; General Ice Skating (2-5pm); Ice Skating with The Grinch; Rental Skates; Family Fun! $25 in advance, $35 the day of or at the door (if capacity limit not already met). ** Please give a SPECIAL THANK YOU to Girl Scouts Troop 12096 who will be working the Photo Op and Whoville Hot Cocoa & Cookie Bar during the event. Their participation help to make this event a great success for the entire family.
